I'll try to be brief. At the cottage, near Peterborough Ontario, in a heavily wooded area (note: I stayed in
open areas, did /not/ go into the woods).
Sleeping inside in the basement, left my pants on the floor. The next morning, put the pants on, eventually felt something crawling inside my pant leg. Crushed it by default, took the pants off, looked at the offender. Was able to grab a few quick pictures before my mom grabbed a paper towel and threw out the dead bug. Wondering - does this look anything like a tick? Or is it more of a spider (I know it's upside down, but it's legs look quite long and curled).

/ibb.co/cvYFTT/ibb.co/dbgfv8Should I be concerned? Hoping there are some on this forum that can help a bit with identification. Am I worried needlessly here?
Any insights would be seriously appreciated here.
