I'm really sorry you're going through this rough time.
My daughter had episodes of passing out a few years ago. Whenever she ate sweets or too much flour products, like pie, bread, etc., she would pass out. She worked at a small cafe that baked homemade pie when she first passed out. She changed jobs but she started passing out again at another job. She had MS, Bipolar type symptoms but no diagnosis.
Some doctors treated her like everything was in her head also. Not a good thing to do to a sick person.
She finally did research on foods, what to eat, on Google and became very cautious of eating sugar and flour. She cut out fast food and desserts, at least until things calmed down for her. She doesn't stress over what she eats but she is aware that she has limits. She eats salads at Starbucks for fast food fix. She does eat pasta now but she varies what she eats and doesn't eat it too often. Vegetables and fish (salmon, trout, tilapia) with some fruit are her basics. Also, she eats eggs once in a while. She likes Mochi's for dessert sometimes. She is conscientious about
the amount of sugar.
When she started to have symptoms again, I would bring it to her attention so she wouldn't flare up or pass out. If she starts getting too grouchy, I might ask her what she's been eating.
The mainstream doctors that I went to in the past misdiagnosed me repeatedly. I finally gave up and went to a nutritionist where I was first tested for allergies. I found out some valuable information about
why I had trouble with eating making me sick. Later, I went to an N.D. who tested me for lyme and found out I have lyme, Borrelia, and Babesia.
Now I take 2 remedies from Dr. Jernigan that have me in a calm state and fairly normal mental capacity.
My daughter also took some Neuro Antitox II (keeps me calm, relaxed) when she got too stressed about
2 weeks ago and it worked great to calm and relax her also.
