Currently treating Lyme with minocycline. The probiotic that I'm currently taking (VSL3) requires refrigeration.
I'll be travelling abroad this summer for a couple of weeks, and I don't expect to have a refrigerator handy while I'm away. So, I'm looking for suggestions how to aid my gut biome whilst I'm away. Does anyone have any suggestions about
probiotics which don't require refrigeration ?
I've picked up some OHhirra tablets after a bit of research, but I'm
open to suggestions for something that might be more effective.

Hi, I use Ortho-Biotic by Ortho Molecular products.
No refrigeration needed.

I have been using renew life brand 30 billion that does not require refrigeration. It is relatively available in my local Whole Foods stores. I also tried the pure brand and both have kept my gut in check 9 months into abx treatment, so they both seem effective. I also take saccharomyces boulardii 2x daily, also not refrigerated.
Oddly my gut health seems to be better than before starting the abx.

Dr. Ohira's Probiotics Professional Formula is broad-spectrum and does not need refrigeration.
Nor does Culturelle (Lactobacillus) or Align (Bifidobacter) and Florastor (Saccharomyces boulardii--a beneficial yeast that kills yeast and "bad" bacteria) All available locally and over-the-counter.
Align contains caseinate (milk protein) and brand Florastor contains lactose (the generic does not), in case you needed to avoid dairy.

Jarrow-dophilis by Jarrow. No refrigeration and there is also a Saccharomyces Bulardi that helps complement . Neither require refrigeration. They also offer travel size packs.
