Welcome to our site! Be sure to check out the "New To Lyme?.......Start here!" thread at the top of the Lyme forum. That is a great place to start and has information on detoxing, testing, diet, additional helpful links etc.

There are a lot of opinions on what is best but what is best for one is not best for all. We encourage all members to work with their medical physicians and make informed decisions. A lot of us end up suggesting new things we want to try with our physicians!

The networking and information on our forum is invaluable and I 100% attribute all of the wonderful information I got on here along with the wonderful members to my recovery.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have and reach out for support when needed.


We have many members fighting Bartonella here.

So lots of information available. You can also do searches for older posts above if you are looking for a certain topic.

Hi Sioux - Same here, and new on this journey, although I've posted once before. It's been overwhelming for sure, but I'm thankful for the helpful community here as well. Keep us updated on how you do with treatment!

Opugirl - I've read many of your past posts for encouragement, and was wondering if you're still doing well? I feel like your story/timeframe is somewhat similar to mine. I can PM you if that would easier for you to respond to.
