I appreciate the positive feedback.
This is near the end of the 1st week of my 2nd month on Dr. Jernigan's remedies and following a little bit of his protocol. I'm gradually doing more detox:
dry brush before baths
more epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide baths,
more detox tea (Jernigan has a detox tea that I drink; he also has a detox coffee and cocoa)
more herbal tea and other liquids
I plan to add footbaths and will do the coffee enema, and add infared saunas.
And I'm already lightly exercising, like a walk with a little jogging; dance to music on tv; and stretching, bends, touch the top of the door.
I also added a green smoothie as my 1st meal. I've been doing this since Sunday, so for the last 3 days.
