I took my ABX too early?

I'm scheduled by my LLMD to take my ABX every 12 hours, but this morning my alarm clock wasn't working properly and I took it 3 hours before I was supposed to... is this bad? Or am I just being way too paranoid about this?

I think you will be fine, I have taken my treatments off schedule by a few hours before.

Just try to stay on schedule in the future so that you maintain coverage for fighting the infections.

Agree. I actually never took mine that close to a timing so having a schedule like that in of itself is great! The antibiotics are in your system for x amount of hours at peak plasma level, and are still in your system for some time - bottom line, no biggie!

No need to worry - mine aren’t 12 hours apart.

I usually take morning dose around 8:00 am and evening around 6;00 pm (about 1/2 hour before dinner)


Plus - some llmd’s prescribe pulsed protocols - and the meds aren’t even taken daily.

Oh I see, I got worried because I think I saw someone here say if you mess up the 12 hours schedule you're back at square one again.

Oh no!! Yikes...that's not true.

I'm sure even those who do take them 12 hours apart...have at some point been late ...slept in...or just lost track of the time.

I dont think it matters but out of curiosity what ABX are you taking? I used to take 200mg of mino in just one dose and never really worried about timing
