Chlamydia with lyme? (Not sexually active)

I just tested positive for chlamydia and have some symptoms. I have not been sexually active for a long time due to my illness and physical state. I was also tested for this about a year ago and was negative. How is this possible?

Can this be related to lyme? Maybe a dormant infection? Even so I would think the last test would have shown it. Anyone know? I'm confused.

How did they test for it previously and this time? Sometimes if they don't swab your throat well enough it can be missed. It's also possible to have it with no symptoms.

I believe it was either a urine test or a blood test. The recent test was urine.
