How long do you take Mimosa Pudica?

I am almost done with my 2nd 120 capsule bottle. 1 capsule 2x/day. Thank you.

I think my doc said she wanted me to take it for 2 mths. I took it for 4-5 days and stopped as it seemed to make constipation worse. She prescribed it for constipation.

Did it cause constipation for you?

Thanks Walking, no.. just wondering if there was some kind of regimen. Ill finish this and stop. Its been 4 months lol

Wow-what a timely thread...this is one of my favorite plants. I did not know it had herbal value. I just ordered seeds.

What were you prescribed it for?

If you don't know much about the plant I highly recommend doing a youtube. Its amazing.

Four months probably is enough.

I took some for a month or so, and then I ran out. I'm trying to decide if I should try taking some again.
I'm taking ateminisin for babesia, so that is under control, but I definitely have a parasite problem, so I was going to take it for that. I hope it kills large parasites too.

- your response to it - good or bad
- what, if anything, you feel it actually did or helped

I took it after i saw the Slice of Lyme video talking about it. Dont really know if it helped.

Hallooo. I would like to share my experience with taking Mimosa Pudica Seed for the month or two that I've been on it.
I personally have been struggling with digestive disorders for over two years and have not been able to find a reason to what is causing my autoimmune disorders... my kinesiologist who prescribed to me the Mimosa Pudica Seed made the guess I may have parasites, so he went ahead and advised I took 4 pills a day, two in the morning and two at night.
Immediately the next day I was passing worms in my stool... every time i take the pills worms still come out... i take some days off because of the intensity of the Mimosa Pudica Seed, but i try to take it close to every day so that i can expel these worms quickly. I do experience die off symptoms of these worms, its almost as if a piece of me dies with them, both physically and energetically but I always feel better when they leave. Lmk if any of yall have any questions I'd be more than happy to share.

Welcome and thanks for posting your experience with Mimosa pudica.

I posted on this thread over a year ago. Since that time, I have taken additional treatment with the Mimosa pudica seed. I took the same dosage as you for about 5 weeks and had increasing die-off symptoms, some of which I had not had before. I had morning anxiety and feelings of doom, slight nausea, slight head pressure, and increasing body pain, muscle fatigue, and bouts of irritability.

After 5 weeks, I stopped. I thought I just needed a few days off, but I needed much longer. I tried to start back about a week later and couldn’t tolerate it. After more days, I switched to the Microbe Formulas Intestinal Mover at half a capsule every other day. Then went to every day. Did that for a few weeks.

I eventually got back on Mimosa pudica and have been taking for a couple months now. Instead of 2x day, I take 4 capsules in the morning only. That schedule seems to work well for me. I don’t notice any of the morning symptoms I had before or nausea. I do have body pain and muscle fatigue, but I had that all the time anyway.

The only identifiable “worms” I ever see is ropeworm. I seem to have an endless supply of those. I pass 1-3 of them most days.

Are you able to identify what kind of worms you are passing?

I’m glad you posted here, because I had been getting discouraged about my condition as I seem to make little progress. Having to look back at my first round with Mimosa and how I had such bad die off and couldn’t resume for about a month or so made me realize that I must have been killing some microscopic things, too.

Hey thank you.. oh goodness no I completely understand the whole morning anxiety and bodily pain and irritability... truely makes it difficult to get up to do anything.

I am curious to know how long of a break did you take from the Mimosa Pudica Seed after your first trial with the substance???

Also I'm glad to hear 4 pills in the morning works well for you, I myself was curious to know If taking all my pills at once in the morning would work better than splitting'em. I'll have to try that!

Wow that's a fantastic amount, for a few weeks I was passing 1-3 a day but for some reason I haven't been passing as much as I used to, though I know they're still in me. I mind you I've only started taking this substance since early July of this year.
And yes... I believe the worms I'm passing are referred to as "rope worms".
I've shown my kinesiologist pictures of them except he um didn't and hasn't identified them for me. They're not tiny in size, majority of them range between 1 to 2 feet in length but I have passed some at 4 feet.. they're very sticky fellas.

If you stopped passing them, try changing it up and taking 4 capsules at once.

Parasitic worms are not anything I'd ever thought I had or researched before, so i admittedly know nothing about this. But after reading through this thread I became curious as to what mainstream treatments are available. I came across this:

Worms from mimosa pudica can be from the seed itself. I can't remember but I believe someone dumped them in water to see what would happen and sure enough they formed strings similar to worms.

If you're not pooping worms, you don't know what you're talking about ****. The Mimosa Pudica has been helping me. You can do all the research you'd like but still you have no knowledge of what's happening to me. I've probably read just about all the articles on mimosa pudica seed and all the articles on "rope worms" because in the one who's going through this.
Not like some people who just wanna give others their two cents on a subject they completely know nothing about. Cao cao.

Antn E is still searching for a way to heal I would imagine. As we all are. I will say it is quite frustrating for those who aren't experiencing the situation to make judgements on those who are. I'm sure we've all walked both paths. To be passing worms and have others not believe is quite disheartening. I speak from experience as well. There is no mistaking a worm, and it's accompanying symptoms vs a string of Mimosa Pudica.
