Hi all,
I've been getting Frontal Sinus Swelling, Head and Ear Pressure and Brain Fog intermittently for about
a month now, and it seems like it is staying longer and longer as time goes on. Any suggestions to help with these symptoms?
Thanks,
Mike

Mister Mike, do you have sinus drainage?

Try some Desloratadine (Clarinex) and see if it helps. It has also been known to kill Lyme in the laboratory, so maybe double bonus

This is weird I know but it helped me so give it a try. Sit in sun for 20 mins daily face towards it and then your ear something about
the rays makes the borrelia move. They will leave took me a week.

Thanks all! Much appreciated.
Walking By Faith:
XLear nasal spray (using xylitol in my neti), netipot (check), colloidal silver spray (check), kudzu root (taking it for my bacterial infection but what does it do for mold?)
And mold avoidance (working on it! This is hard as it is at work...)
