I did take Cryptolepis, Sida Acuta for a few months when treating Bart with Pharma
And did several rounds of high dose Artemisinin.

I think at first I herxed from the Artemisinin.
I was taking 1500 mg per day (if I’m remembering correctly)

But the self treatment in 2017 was with Mepron plus two abx - pulsing.

Did you see any results from the herbs? I've herxed many times but it never led to any changes

No improvement that I know of - but I was taking the Babesia herbs when I was on bart abx and had many symptoms subside but I believe they were bart

Noni juice, artemisia annua, garlic, green tea, enula, neem, oregano oil might work as well.

Allicin and neem might be worth trying, I've used all the others. Dr M has been trialing allicin for bartonella, too, with good results

Allicin was pretty awesome for me. Supposed to be good for bart, but I think I read somewhere it can also hit babesia. I had the most success when I paired it up with zhang brand houttuynia and artemisia. Sometimes these things have synergistic effects.

Btw, Aerose, have you ever tried minocycline? That is a very effective drug for me, and given your brain symptoms the fact that it has strong bbb penetration it could be a potentially helpful drug for you? Like usual, I'm just throwing ideas out there.

Mimosa pudica seed from Microbe Formulas is something my doc wants me taking for gut issues and possible parasites. I've heard some say they had increase in babesia symptoms when on it. Personally, I think Allicin or garlic sounds more promising. The Mimosa pudica is supposed to work on the GI tract.
