As girlie noted there are different names for different tremors.........actually many if you look on Wikipedia.
Although I had mild tremor for two decades, it was the worst probably when my body was in its most toxic state just a few years ago. It made doing my job very difficult, some things I had to pass on to a fellow colleague to get done.
I urgently needed to get the tremors under control so a Nueroligist Rx'ed Propranerolo. It worked.
Its a dual Rx medication: one of the first blood pressure meds but is now more commonly used for tremors.
