As someone who has arsenic toxicity I would not consider even casual arsenic exposure inconsequential, BUT. Everyone is not me, so my suggestion would be to join the Frequent-Dose-Chelation Yahoo group and ask some questions there. The mods there would be much better at allaying your fears about
the GOL exposures. You might also consider getting a Doctor's Data Hair Elements Test (not the toxic elements test), post the results at https://www.livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/ send a link to the FDC group and the mods will tell you the percentage chance you have a heavy metal problem. NO one can tell you if your consumption of the GOL product was a problem for you, but you can find out IF you have a heavy metal problem, regardless of it's origin, and go from there.

Can someone ease my mind about this. I found out from this board that Garden of Life organic meal shakes now contain lead and arsenic. I've been drinking this crap for over a year. I did some internet research, and of course there are for and against responses. Garden of life even put up a page standing by their product with what looks like stock photos of scientists in clean lab coats. Maybe that's why I gained weight with this stuff. I'm full of lead. I'm sorry I recommended GOL on this board. Their package is funny too, it says "made in the USA with foods grown in the USA (and other countries)"
