Strange neurological symptoms

yes. I call it a glitch in the matrix. I'll glance at something, and then look back, and I won't recognize it or it will be somewhat different. Or I can't find something, I go to the store to buy a new replacement, and then when I get home put it away -- but when I put it away, I run into the item I was originally looking for and I swore I checked there. Or I'll do laundry, and then take the clean cloth basket back to the house, and then wonder if it is clean or not, and re-wash it -- because the cloths are actually dirty. Basically I tell myself the world is just a simulation and they keep screwing it up for me. in your previous timeline, cognitive was spelled differently, you just crossed over to this timeline. No biggie

I have not had the word spelling issue yet, however I am generally a bad speller and forgot and remember spellings all throughout my life.
But all of my cognitive deficits that I have had, came and left or "changed" I do not think they are permanent if you are in treatment and at least backstopping or making progress, or at least for me.

Does anyone ever look at a word and it seems like its not really a word. For example: I was looking at the word "cognitive" and it didnt seem like a real word to me. Like it looked like it was spelled wrong. This is happening less and less now but its just so strange.

Yes.

Many other oddities, too.

- Sometimes I think I see something moving out the corner of my eye, but nothing's there.

- When I'm in the car and my car is stopped or parked and I see the car next to me move, I feel like my car is the one moving, and I get a startled, panicky feeling until I realize I'm not moving.

- For years before other symptoms started, I would catch myself making dyslexic mistakes transposing numbers. I would also forget how to spell 3 letter words like who and how.
