I do not do dairy, except one or two times last week I fasted on just a stick of butter

I only eat meat and veggies, if that, every other day. I am on a long term fast, if my stomach hurts I take a hard boiled egg and peanut butter.

thanks for your suggestions, I have all of that stuff. To be honest it really is just an annoyance. Maybe my body is making the mucus to get rid of toxins to flush it out of my system.

You said a spot behind your right eye? I would like to know if that goes away after 6 weeks of ivermectin. Might be a parasite

Ever since I developed Lyme I have an extremely greasy/oily, almost filmy texture on my forehead and nose, could this ever be Biofilm?
