LLMD in PA or NJ who specifys in the Eyes?

Because my near vision changed quite suddenly since lyme, I recently went to an Optometrist and told her I had Lyme disease. She said that in her schooling she was taught what to look for...and she wrote on my file that I had lyme disease. She also said it was good I came in so she could schedule me for another test to specifically look at my optic nerves - and check for inflammation.

(When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist seemed to not be interested at all when I mentioned lyme disease...so I didn't think the Optometrist would know anything about it with relation to eye problems. I was pleased that she did, and she was very much interested)

Well I live in Pennsylvania, but I am willing to drive to NJ if need be. I have been being treated for bart, on ceftin and Bactrim for 2 months now along with a lot of supplements and A-bart with a 2 week break, my eyes have improved from before here's a list of all my eye symptoms and then what I have left now:

Originally:
Light Sensitivity
Blurred/cloudy vision
after images
floaters (regular floaters not really concerned about these)
Floaters (Strange small moving floaters almost look like strands of bacteria and can see ripples move in my eye at times, these are so miniscule but deff disrupt my vision constantly)
Visual snow
dry eyes

Eye Symptoms remaining:
Blurry/Cloudy vision (intermittent now)
both kinds of floaters I described
visual snow
dry eyes

So although some symptoms have disappeared I just want to see if theres anything I can add to my treatment in order to maybe specifically target these bacteria within my eyes. I drive for a living so I need my eyes, and although they have improved enough to drive now I feel I still have a long way to go before im truly comfortable with how they feel.

I can also tell you that before I was ever diagnosed and going to countless doctors I visited with numerous nuero-optamologist who insured me that there was no damage to the eyes yet (I shortly started treatment just weeks after that statement) he is the doctor who actually pointed me in the direction of lyme, but he had no idea how to treat lyme (or didn't want too), he said he had just seen it before, he also had a two month waiting list lol. So right now like I said I am just looking for a further way to better target the eyes, I am also using infrared sauna to detox which also seems to help my eyes a bit.

I don't know if you ever found someone but my LLMD recommended a retinal specialist in NJ who has some experience with Lyme patients.
