How long does it take to get rid of Neuro Symptoms

Hello everyone I'm just trying to figure out how long everybody took to get rid of neuro symptoms of Lyme disease I am on my 4th month of antibiotics still having symptoms of cold spots I guess you would call it paresthesia

There's no set time. The neurological symptoms can be the hardest to get rid of.

I have tingling/burning in the feet that come and go, and a few other minor issues that don't bother me as much. I also have recurring headaches though I'm not sure if those count as neuro symptoms. Those are my two major remaining symptoms after 9 months of treatment (6 months of antibiotics, now Buhner herbs).

My visual disturbances and tremors are the two main symptoms remaining from neuro Lyme. My doc says I won’t know how good I’m going to get until 4-6 months after iv treatment. Ugh.

Dsrouillard I had A LOT of visual issues (floaters, blurriness, shakiness, extreme light sensitivity - all are gone except floaters), tremors (which remain, although much less frequent and intense than prior to IV treatment), difficulty concentrating - I could not read or retain information, handwriting become horrible, brain fog, consistent dizziness, problems with depth perception, pins and needles, balance issues ... all have improved dramatically since IV. I finish IV treatment tomorrow, actually. My doc said my response was faster than most. I showed improvement 4 days in. I have good days and bad days, but the bad days are less bad than they used to be and my good days get better every time. I tear up as I write this, because it is so easy to read the bad stuff and think the worst, but you have to have hope and optimism.
