I had swollen knees with fluid removed in a reverse syringe about
28 years ago. If that were in more recent times, I would / could have tested that with western blot. I knew lyme could do this back then, but my HMO Dr disagreed.
Then I injured the inner thigh muscle, (adductor magnus) which connects to the the inner hip and knee.
Today my only knee issue is when that adductor magnus acts/tightens up from overworking it at the gym. That is an example of temporary knee subluxation. This used to happen very frequently, along with everything else that went haywire.
Now when I work on/ and release the muscle, knee is then fine, moves better. Ive been working on it, but its a side to side movement thigh muscle best revived by ketal ball and tight band exercises, which Im not really into.
So I had both issues affecting with that knee in the distant past, now down to one issue there, its improved the last year, only slightly bothersome sometimes but no swelling or anything. Part of my to do list with old house, cars, bikes and body, never ending it seems!
