I aspire to being a nom-nom-ivore...so I can appreciate a full palate again, but I still feel the old microbial GI tract dragging me down a spell.
For remission, I think it's a matter of intermittent fasting and careful attention to diet, giving the body all the nutritional resources to repair itself, well I hope so, that's the idea anyway.
For instance, I'm about
36 hours into a fast right now and I feel great and clear-headed!
(well it's a quasi fast, as I had 1 tsp of peanut butter, 1 tsp of chia seeds and 2 cups of mct/stevia coffee yesterday... that's it! ...oh yeah and some peppermint sleepy time tea mix...and of course water.)
