Lower abdomen creepy chills type feeling

First off, I am having SO MUCH TROUBLE finding the proper terminology for what I am feeling with this.
It feels like the almost painful flulike feeling one gets all over. but it is all across my lower abdomen.
When I call it chills, others think I am feeling cold and shivering. That's not it.
I remember standing at the Empire State building very high up (duh) and got the "shivers running down my spine" thing. THAT IS THE FEELING! but when I write shivers, again, everyone thinks i am cold and trembling.

I have researched what lives in the lower abdomen and am not having luck with that.
I need to take this to my doc the next time I go there. not my primary, as she can put bandaids on but that's about it, but my Lyme specialist.

I am keen to know if others experience this sensation, particularly in this area of the body, and if ya'll know what it is.
It arrived when Lyme arrived.

I get those on one side of my head, also the legs, it increases in frequency when I'm treating bart. I call it a goosebumps feeling.
