magnesium and biofilm?

Do many of you not take mag supplements because of the thought (Dr. K) that it builds biofilm?

No - I've not heard that magnesium builds biofilm....Both my LLND that was first treating me and now Dr. J have told me it's fine to take magnesium. In fact my LLND told me I SHOULD.

I read somewhere that magnesium or manganese feeds lyme in general (can't remember which one) - but we can't starve our body from those essential minerals.
Although, I don't supplement the manganese.


I don't agree with everything Dr. K says/writes anyway...

I don't listen to Dr K....I just have seen this info many places. Was wondering if anyone else had the starve the enemy mentality...

Dr K is a little whacky, but I think he does have some good thoughts. I was living about 5 minutes from his clinic but chose to fly 5 hours across the country to see Jemsek lol.
