New test results. Thoughts??

Hey guys.

I'll keep this short. Sick 3.5 years. Diagnosed 2 years in. Igenex test showed babesia. We assumed Lyme with it although no confirmation as it cost more money. Money's tight and they usually go hand and hand. So..... Treated Babs with mepron/azith, alinia, buehner herbs, artisimia, Rawls proto, small stint with bactrim and countless viral suppressors for the ebv and hh6. Along with all the standard detoxing things.

So now a year plus later I'm feeling worse than ever, super viral, head stuff, body fatigue to an all new level to name a few. So we just retested with dna connections and No Lyme and No babesia, but...... Erlichia!

Now it makes sense with alot of my symptoms so I'm not questioning it.
My overseeing PA (who I love and believe in) if having me do doxy for I'm guessing a few months. I've been on it for 4 days and I'm tolerating it well and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe this was the thing weve missed all this time.

My question to you all is, I have an appointment with her second week of March, Should I talk to her about adding a second antibiotic and maybe pulsing them? It seems multiples and pulsing is the new way but I'm not sure shes up on that idea. Or do you think for now just doxy for while?

Just looking for thoughts on these strange changes in results.

This is so similar to my situation. In 2017 I got clinically diagnosed with Lyme,took doxy and thought I was fine. Summer 2018,exactly a year later, new and old symptoms returned. In the last two weeks I began with a new lyme doctor who believes I have Bartonella but this is my exact fear that you mentioned...my symptoms are odd and sometimes not as comparable to other lyme patients so I always think maybe its not the standard Lyme,Bart etc. but something less spoken about like Erlichia! I just submitted a DNA urine test and am hopeful about the results to lead to new information that I so desperately need! I am happy you got answers!

The tough part is knowing what to believe, right? And yes symptoms are crazy all over the place. Lol.

I guess any answers are good. Keeps us moving forward. I hope you find something thats a game changer in your new dna cons test.

Interesting. I had positive Lyme and Ehrlichia on my DNA Connexions test. I’ve been treating herbally (no abx) for 1.5 years with no real progress. I’m working on parasites and viruses now, too, but stay toxic all the time.

Do you get burning pain from viruses?

Burning pain in feet for sure but I can't say it's from viruses. Can't really pin point what's causing my symptoms.

Was really interested when reading erlichia can cause an over bearing toxic viral feeling. Been saying I feel like I have some sorta septic poisoning from the beginning.

FYI I'm also in the " can't get a fever" category. Nothing over 98 something no matter if I feel like I'm burning up, chills, red face what have you.

Do you have a link to where you read that? I hadn’t heard that before. That sounds very much like me. I had read Neil Nathan’s foreword in Buhner’s Lyme book where he mentions chlamydia pneumonia can cause a similar effect. I tested both IGG and IGM positive for that, so I was thinking that could be why, but I had not heard that about ehrlichia. I’ve just kind of ignored it so far.

I also don’t have fevers, at least according to the thermometer, even when I have other feverish feelings like warm in the face, fatigue, or feeling inexplicably chilled.

I had been taking Mimosa pudica for parasites for about 2 months and had added in Microbe Formulas Biotox binder since I started feeling more toxic as the weeks went by. I started having a big flare of shingles nerve pain, so I took a week or more off from Mimosa and added Buhner’s anti-viral herbal protocol. It took some days for the burning shingles pain to subside, and it’s still not gone.

My initial thinking was that parasites were dying and releasing viruses among other things. Not sure that was what was happening, though. I am still doing the anti-viral herbs. I feel like they’re helping somehow.

I'm sorry WBF I can't remember we're I read that. There's so many cross symptoms it's hard to keep up. I also remember reading erlichia is easier to eradicate. I guess we'll see if that's true.

I've done so many different viral meds too and nothing has helped with my symptoms but my chlamydia pneumonia and EBV and hhv6 numbers have come down considerably. It's nice to see the numbers come down but if you still feel terrible then what good is it ya know.
I had tried mimosa too. It didn't do anything for me.

Sorry your dealing with so much.
