Anyone interested in improving WBC count needs to figure out what class(es) of these cells are the problem, as there are many. So you would need more tests not just WBC count. Different supplements compliment these different areas.
On that note WBC count is the level, volume or amount, which is not the same as strength (this is a good thing for some)..
For me it’s just going off the abx and my wbc count goes into range.Your lucky, thus....don't count ....ha ha! Your situation is at least normal, as its proven that WBC count is usually decreased during antibiotic use.
There was some supplements mentioned, so I was referring to that for any one reading this who might be wondering. I take specific T cell supplements.
