llmds in bulgaria

I am looking for a llmd in Bulgaria but I am not sure how to find one

I asked in a certain subreddit and a guy told me that a mod named Girlie would probably help me find one in my area in this forum.

Unfortunately I doubt I can afford traveling right now and probably wont be soon and with treatments being expensive in western countries too.

I am not sure if I have lyme disease I suspect I have some unnoticed one that I havent found out in years. I have symptoms as tinnitus, heart beat and breathing problems (I suspect they might be from the stresfull life I live right now)

Why I think I might have Lyme disease is because around 4-5 years ago when I was visiting my grandparents that have cats that roam around a forest area without problems I started having this unexplained crawling sensation on my skin my doctor always told me its something related to stress and bullcrap like this+ I guess some stomach problems.

The crawling comes and go and its nowhere near as bad as it was 5 years ago but I still have other problems(mental) like OCD anxiety depression poor sleep schedule

My ocd and anxiety I think started before the crawling stuff when I was visiting my grandparents I am not sure if I should worry at all about having lyme I found some specialists in my city who are into tickborne diseases so I might try to make an appointment with them to make some tests if I have it?

edit: I dont think I remember being bitten by tick ever or any weird rashes+ Im a type of person that rarely goes outside but I am still not sure

For Balkans area as far as I know there is a doctor in Belgrade, specialized in both cardiology and neurology, studied in London, dr Branislav Milovanovic. I'm not sure if he qualifies as LLMD, I think he just started exploring/treating lyme some time ago, he diagnoses clinically and through testing of autonomic nervous system if elisa and western blot are negative.
You're not being exposed to mold at home or work (or at your grandparents') by any chance?
