Lapis, I stumbled upon this interesting article about
the use of bentonite clay against MRSA.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/pmc2413170/There seems to be a lot of info on the internet on clay minerals acting against mrsa. I am not sure though how one could use bentonite clay against MRSA in sinuses, but I love clay, and use it regularly as a mask on my forehead/face. If I get a headache from sauna it will relieve it, sometimes it's even so potent that it actually gives me slight herx headache.
I make a thick paste and put it on my teeth and gums, it's a bit messy, but teeth are whiter (it cleans the staining from tincutures), relieves the pain in the painful spot in my jaw, and pulls the mucus from my throat. I even swish it sometimes with water in my mouth, or when my lymph nodes are enlarged I put clay paste on it - not sure if it does anything but I kind of do it instinctively.
As a face mask although it's drying it actually diminishes fine lines and cleans the pores.
I am about
to resume my e.o. inhalation, I had stopped due to a dreadful episode from liberal use of cistus tea.
