I’m a month & 1/2ish in! Aside from a solid week out of commission with the flu, it’s been a good experience so far!

I was previously on abx for 4 years before this and other treatments mixed into it.

How far into the protocol are you? Any experiences you’d like to share ?

Yeah I did it. I did the whole thing. I improved most after month 5, a lot of herxing that month, after that didn't notice much.

Thanks ! Did you plateau or go backwards ?
And were you also on other meds at the same time ?

I'm back to not feeling well again currently, it's been 4 years since then. I plateaued though after month 5. I wasn't on antibiotics.

Good question! I'd like to know if it's possible to take ABX while on Cowden. smile

It is possible to combine Cowden (or Buhner, Zhang, ...) herbal approaches with antibiotics. Quite a lot of people take that approach, myself included.
