Detection of other Lyme bacteria/parasite after doxycycline therapy

Is it harder to detect other lyme bacteria after doxy therapy? Whats the best solution for that problem?

Is it harder for blood test to detect Lyme and coinfections after antibiotic treatment may have suppressed the infection..

I’ve heard 2 sides tino and I’m not sure which or if either is true...

A.) Most test that detect a tick born illness test for antibodies.. I have heard that after a long period of antibiotic treatment your body may get tired of producing antibodies against that specific bacteria and may stop, thus providing a false negative even if there are bacteria left...

B.) I’ve heard folks that show a negative from the beginning may help their immune system recognize a bacteria that has otherwise remained undetected once an antibiotic begins eradicating a certain bacteria... I think this theory better suited me... after 6 months of treatment I’ve had hands show up on a western blot that I never had before... everyone is different
