That's a tough question because the answer is dependant on the binder. I believe cholystyramine and charcoal have to be taken on their own because they bind to medication and vitamins. They say cholystyramine is best taken 2 hours after food and 30 minutes before food with fat, so bile will be excreted and more toxins will be bound.
Bentonite clay, zeolite, and chlorella are more selective binders and can be taken with certain medications and vitamins, but I don't know much more than that at the moment.
I believe that if you take 2 binders together, they will not bind to each other, but they may bind to the minerals and nutrients found in some (chlorella, clays)
