LOL
WBF, I am lying on my sofa wondering why I feel so worn out at this very moment. Lately I have been doing a great deal, and pushing myself hard, and feeling pretty okay despite it, but apparently I still have a limit! I'm thinking that at this point I "overdid it" plus a smattering of pollen allergies and a couple of nights of poor sleep (due to pet antics). Lately I have spent every day going for walks and bike rides, hauling about a dozen large rocks around my yard per day for a landscaping project, weeding and planting, homeschooling my kid, training my puppy, and sanding and staining my deck - all of those things every day. And I've been okay! So while this pattern persists - I do too much and pay for it - the amount I can do is far greater than two years ago, and the crashes are much more rare. (And I was bedridden 2.5 years ago, so I don't take any of this for granted!) Normal people also feel worn out sometimes when they do a lot of physical labor, so I'm wondering how much to attribute to chronic inflammatory issues as opposed to just being human.
I'm so glad to hear that your stamina has increased lately. Have you found a safer place to stay?
