New therapy / protocol - Ozone Therapy

You all may already know of it, tried it, had no success with it... (Oh and ozone therapy has been around forever... But new to me)

But here's my story.

Got diagnosed with Lyme in June 2018, had symptoms since Nov 2017, went through 2 months of antibiotics Jan - Feb 2019 (didn't help - as they were general because they didn't know what was wrong with me). In July I started an herbal protocol from a LLND went through it for 6 months. Got me 60% better. Ended up stopping due to just tired of pills and the cost of it all. Recently switched over to ozone therapy and OMG! I would say .... Besides my GI tract - I'm probably close to 100% feeling back to normal.

No more lack of energy, joint pain, achy muscles (other than working them out), shortness of breath, pain in general, dizziness, headaches... It's incredible.

And understand, I've only had 10+ treatments in 3 weeks.

My GI tract was pretty bad, so it's not 100% but it's getting there quick. I've seen a huge improvement in the 3 weeks, when nothing else would touch it.

Are you doing Autohemotherapy or rectal ozone (or both)?
I did 7 ozone treatments right at the beginning of my treatment in March and I think it helped but I also think it was too much for my body in such a short time. I may try going back to it once I get stronger.

So I'm doing 3 min sessions through my ears...

Yeah I definitely herxd quite a bit worse and quicker than with herbs.

I just make sure I drink 16oz of water before and 32 oz of water after plus cranberry pills for my kidneys. I didn't drink water after today's session and within an hour my lower back / kidneys were already giving me pain.

It's made a huge improvement to say the least. Most effect on my body compared to anything I've tried yet.

So do you do the ozone 4 x per week? And do you feel immediately better right away?

Yes!! I actually do around 5 a week but for the first week to build up a tolerance / see how I react, I only did 1 every 3 days. I get them done an hour before the gym. I've worked out since I was in my 20s. 1hour 30 mins+ a day until I got home with Lyme. Went from every day to maybe 3 days a week at 30 mins. Now after ozone I'm back at the gym almost every day (that I can go) and going for 70 mins+...

I describe it as what I would imagine an adrenaline shot would feel like.

My body goes into what feels like amp mode.

I'd encourage anyone, if it's available, try it.

It's new to me, but maybe it'll last and eventually get me back to my normal or close to it!

Wow! Are you in Canada? I’ve done ozone Autohemotherapy 7 times with my ND but never through the ear. I wonder if that is better? Or just a less intense version of the blood/reinfusing it back in through a vein technique. I’ll ask my ND about it.

I had long periods of health after drinking ozone water daily.

Autohemotherapy is the strongest way and I’m hearing if the most amazing results with only a few sessions.

I drink ozone water regularly and would recommend a $69 Water ozone machine from amazon. First thing in the morning or just before bed.

Ozone water mixed with a quart of homemade 9v colloidal silver and mms creates a combination that travels deep in the body and crosses the bbb.

How do you do it? I'd love to start that also!!

I did 24 sessions of blood ozone a few years ago. I contribute that to where I am today. Homeopathics have worked much better than ozone did for me, but ozone worked better than antibiotics. I rank it as my second most influential treatment I've ever done in my 5 years of treating. I did ultraviolet blood irradiation and ozone at the same time. I'd love to go back and see if it would help me feel better again. It just got too expensive.
