Me and my girlfriend have just started with DNRS.
We havent gotten to the actual exercises yet as its a lot of videos you look at at in the beginning.
But a part of it is to decrease a lot of talking, reading and writing about
illness. Visualize positive things in the past and the future. Decrease watching news and violence or anything that raises your stress levels to much.
If you have mold problems and a lot of sensitivities, its very likely that this will help.
In my case Im sensitive to mold, chemicals, light, sound and pressure, socks, glasses etc. With more positve thinking I have already noticed some improvements.
An internet friend to my girlfriend went from very ill with ME/CFS with a lot of sensitvities, to very functioning 1 year later.
I wont spend that much time reading here for a while but I will post more about
our experiences after it has been a while.
I have good hopes for this and that we at the same time started with supplements for MCAS.
First day in school in 9 days. So a very good timing if this works.
11 years since I studied at the university. Interesting times
