Super lightheaded, any help?

This never happened to me before but I woke up super lightheaded a few hours ago and it hasn't gone away. I can't even walk straight and feel a little dizzy. Any of these symptoms associated lyme bartonella or babesia? My LLMD is off today and can't call in.

My blood pressure and heart rate are normal. No changes in supplements. Just had an abnormally bad sleep last night. Strange

My LLMD said it was Adrenals for me. I know Cowden makes an adrenal support. Good luck
