I have skipped a day or two with no problem also.
It might be "optimal" to go to the gym for 1 hour, 5 times a week, but you will still make progress working out for 20 min, 4 times a week. I feel its the same with this.
I do it at night when doing lllt, where I used to read books before.
In the sauna and sometimes on the tram/buss for example when I sit next to a person with a lot of perfume.
I dont remember all the steps, so I have it on a paper and on the phone.
Girlie, I really think you should give it a try. There is a refund also if you dont see any progress, but I think its very likely that you will improve with this.
I just started with one of the recommended books to read also.

You should do planned small challenges around triggers like fatigue, chemicals, food etc and follow that with a round of the 9 step exercise. I havent done that yet, but plan to do that with food soon.
