Has anyone ever tried any of these other supplements before? I have been reading that it's hard for your body to process straight glutathione so it's best to take a supplement that makes glutathione but even if you go that route it could take up to a year to raise your glutathione levels, it's all so confusing! Do you think taking L-glutathione before going in the sauna would have any benefit?
