Whole 30 is a good start, but I eventually committed to food thats good for myself. This post was not asking about long term, just a simple 30 days. For thirty days, do your homework first, checking out all that is available in your food shopping area. Whole foods are easy to prepare, no mixing ect, Just cook , grill ect and eat.
That said - people who decide to commit long term to any diet without testing are playing a guessing game, why commit to something health-wise if you might not be getting the full benefits? They could be (and some are) eating some natural foods that are inflammatory to them, not everyone. So that erases some advancements they made.
