There is high percentage of false negatives with lyme and even more for the coinfections.
This is why many llmd’s dont even bother with the coinfections testing.
They will clinically diagnose those -

If you want to spend the extra $$ - you may get a positive - which can be useful - but a negative gives no new information unfortunately
Band 41 while not specific to lyme - is significant - it is the tail of a spirochetal
Other diseases besides lyme that are spirochetes: Syphillis, pintas and yaws, relapsing Fever (maybe a few more)
Lyme is a clinical diagnosis with testing used as back up
