What’s the best OTC for sleep/sedation that I could access on a weekend?

While I can't guarantee it's the
best, here's an herbal sleep supplement that I take:
Deep Sleephttps://www.herbsetc.com/deep-sleep-softgels-60-ctAt the above URL, if you scroll down a bit, you can read the ingredient list and see an image of the product label.
My local Whole Foods Market grocery store sells it, as do two other "natural" food stores.

Because it's late and most stores are closed, I also checked the Walgreens website and they show a herbal sleep supplement called "Youtheory Sleep Instant-Mix" that's supposedly carried in some stores. If you get in a pinch, maybe you have a 24-hour Walgreens nearby.

The "Youtheory Sleep Instant-Mix" has 1 mg of melatonin. For me, even 1 mg of melatonin leaves me feeling groggy. But, I also know people that take up to 10 mg of melatonin, so it all depends on the person and their tolerance.

Or, if you have a 24-hour CVS pharmacy, their website shows the following sleep supplement as being carried in some stores:
Sleep Optimizerhttps://www.cvs.com/shop/jarrow-formulas-sleep-optimizer-capsules-prodid-1020689https://www.jarrow.com/product/483/sleep_optimizer (better image of label than cvs.com)
This product has a lower dose of melatonin (0.3 mg) which helps some people (like me) better than larger doses. However, it has a few other ingredients like Valerian, PharmaGABA, and others. Again, check the image of the label.

There are a variety of other sleep aids, too, but I looked for ones that I would take.
Should you determine that a sleep aid is necessary, no matter which one you choose, I would consult with your daughters doctor to ensure there's no contraindications between anything she's currently taking and any of the ingredients in the sleep aid. Alternately, you could discuss with a pharmacist at a 24-hour pharmacy.
