As far as "non-phsical remedies:, I tried all of these below:
No coincidence, the results were better when used with various forms of manual tissue release therapy and tissue strength training. And the release/ restrengthening was more effective with these three remedies below BUT Real problem areas gained more healing from the manual therapy than anything else.
Lets start with what did something noticeable:
1) Arnica Montana gel, Magnessium gel, and Penetrex cream. These worked better driven in with DMSO.
2) Dr Axe 5 types of colleagan made by Ancient Nutritian.
3)Good old fashion Creatine micronized powder.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are the rest I tried the following remedies for a couple months each which did minimal to nothing:
Oral:
1)Several tendon/soft tissue herbal and homeopathy mixtures - did nothing noticable , cost a bundle.
2)Cissus : "may help the body make Collagen which helps repair damaged fibers and connects cells/tissue to each other." My experience - it was slightly noticable but cost a lot, I try again.
3)Amino acid L-Lysine - nothing notiocable
4)Glucosamine/chondroitin - Im sure we've all tried this in the past with minimal results (?)
5)Great Lakes coleagan - minimal
6)Turnmeric / Circumin / Bromaline and Frankensense antiinflamitory combinations- nothing worth mentioning and cost a lot.
Topicals:
1)Magnessium spray - helped with immediate pain, ....but did it heal? - to messy to repeat, dont know so.
2)Several homeopathic topicals - minimal results and did not heal.
3)Austrailian Dream and Emu oil variations - not much vs the positive advertising, expensive too.
