Hi all, so I posted about this about a month ago and I’ve still seen no improvement.

I thought it might have been thrush so tried some canestan, eased it for a few days and then back again. GP assumed it was UTI have me 3 days of antibiotics, still no joy.

I have added in gou teng to my herbs incase it’s a nerve thing. Could it be a nerve thing or am I barking up the wrong tree? Could it be a hormonal thing? Are there any tests I should be getting??

Any insight would be massively appreciated. :/

So I had constant similar irritation.

When this would happen, I kept wet wipes in my purse wherever I was & "wash." Usually there'd be a need for a wash, if you get my drift, and that's what would be causing my trouble.

I do this several times a day and apply some type of Vaseline...Vicks is numbing and relieving.

Yes, is likely hormonal.

Hi have you look into HSV 1 or 2? That what was causing my burning. Lysine helps. Numbing cream from the doctor does as well. Good luck

Hello, Szabo246. That sounds awful! A PT told me that coconut oil is not only an awesome non-irritating lubricant, but it is also antibacterial. Might be worth a try. Another idea is to see an integrative doctor who specializes in bioidentical hormones (not premarin, compounded is better. I hear premarin is linked to health problems.). They often know a lot about what happens related to hormonal imbalances. Another person who might know what is going on is a pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist. I hope it resolves soon!

Thank you so much all!! It’s really been bothering me. I will try all of them one by one!!

I do get cold sores, would hsv1 or hsv2 be visible down there? As I can’t see anything different down there.

I do have both lyseine and coconut oil so will start them both today as they defo can’t do any harm. I’ve considered a pelvic floor specialist in the past as I do have mild uterine prolapse too... oh the joys!

When I tried to explain to my previous doctor a similar symptom, she said to try going off all oxalates? I didn't try it and don't know if there would be any relation to your situation.

I am vegetarian but then I always have been and never had his issue before. What sorted this issue for you?

Can't say the issue is resolved, but symptoms in that area tend to change or calm down. I've had discomfort, sensitivity, itching, etc. in that area. It isn't too bad at this point, and I tend to think the symptoms I have are indirectly or directly related to Lyme & Co infections. My guess now is that mine are nerve related.
