Thank you for the past few mos.

Hi all,

I haven't posted much in the last couple of weeks. Busy with holidays, family, and really side-lined with herxes and effects of the illness.

I wanted to thank you all for your support over the past couple of mos. I'm about 80% over my major symptoms, but still have lingering ones.

I'm now in the process of looking into slowly and safely removing my amalgam fillings. Don't know if that's the ticket or not, but know I can't keep up with treating the way I have been.

Anyway, I've learned lots from all of you! Don't know that I'll keep posting much, but may still check in every now and again.

Thanks to the moderators and each and everyone that has shared their experiences and knowledge of this horrific malady. Wishing each and everyone a Happy & Healthy 2020! 😊
