The wraps are made from almond and tapioca flour. Just use my imagination and trial/error getting creative with healthy ingredients. Easy:
1) breakfast burrito - paleo breakfast sausage with scrambled egg, white rice. Maybe a little tabasco in it.
2) southwest - white rice, grilled/browned shred chicken, finely sliced table onions, Sir Kensingtons buffalo ranch, non-chemical mex seasonings, lettuce.
3) Mediterranean - white rice or coconut white rice, shrimp, lemon/lime, regular Kensingtons ranch, tomato, olives, cucumber, greek herbs.
No dairy, glutan, or corn, low fodmaps. Eggs are not dairy and agree with me.
