What does Buhner recommend for autoimmunity

I know he talks about lyme triggering an autoimmune-like condition. I dont have the book in front of me atm, does anyone know what his recommendation are?

Hi Aerose91. Have you discovered an answer, yet? I'd also like to know the answer to your question. I do see many books(different authors) on recovering from autoimmune-disease, naturally. Considering buying a couple of them. Noticed a couple of people asked Buhner about autoimmune+Lyme on BuhnerHealingLyme.com BUT his answers are pretty vague, basically stating that any of his recommended herb list should be okay...Have you tested + for autoimmune or suspect it? I was tested for Lyme(only), & tested + summer of 2017. Still have +ANA test. Dr insists that 'Lyme has been treated' & this is an entirely separate issue. So frustrating. Currently searching for best options. Hope you find an answer and feel well soon.
