Diaphragm issues from nervous system issues common.Vegal nerve effects this.I have shortness of breath many times, during eating ,because of this. Many years.
I also have Central apnea, which also phrenic nerve effected by vegal nerve.
Repeated abx help keep away in winter.Summer strong sunlight through eyes, pineal gland, help calm vegal nerve. Also immune system much stronger summer.
Can't wait, even March I see an uptick in feeling better.
I have disautonomia with baro flex failer.plus POTS.
Two suspected meningitis from ticks,90-2012.both children have Lyme as well.one POTS very mildly.one caught while I wS pregnant ,I was newly infected at the time.
Neither case ever treated properly, ignorance Lyme treatment rampant.Still today.
Best care, eastern states Lyme laws in place.Only way to curb effects ,is still how mine got much better. Those Lyme laws need to be nationwide to help so many that need it.
Good abx( gram neg,coverage)
Estrogen progesterone ,for females, nervous system Lyme stops production of all hormones.
Continuous antiinflammatorys until CRP is under 3 anyway.
Pretty standard in east coast ,not standard anywhere else.
I think what flowergarden and I are saying is the diaphragm tightness is 24/7. There isn't a break, ever. That's what we are trying to figure out.
