IV abx,which I haven't had would help Immensenly,with oral as needed after.
Gram negative orals are good Biaxin,cifixime,even Bactrim.When vegal nerve was at its worst could not take macrolides,many others,cause vegal heart afibs.took 2 1/2years of weaker abx to tolerate others.Still speeds heart bp when Biaxin used.
Macrildes pretty good. Symptoms don't stay gone,IV would chase away longer.
dysautonomia is forever,but can be tempered,with hormones antiinflammatorys, Abx.
At the slow rate of research ,Inaccurate ridiculous Lyme test,only true help is Lyme institute,Rhode Island.Nearby famous specialists give best advice.Connecticut good latitude in abx long term.and no Lyme test ,just doctors clinical opinion,needed,for insurance to cover.some other states nearby same.
