Yes, that will kill it, Lots of stuff will, but You need to change it up if/when it comes back. Candida learns to adapt.
And thats the problem for many, it adapts and comes back.
Thats not identifying the source of the problem when it keeps on coming back. Leaving out foods forever becomes an issue., ask me lol. Then it comes down to specific body chemistry, genes ect.

I started taking moly again (alone test), as candida keeps on knocking after the holiday foods from months ago. I stopped taking one of the best multivitamins available to see if i needed it any more (as my body also hates B6 in it) - but I think I needed the moly in it.
