1 in the city and 3 in the municipality if that is the correct word. Basically nearby or in the same region, some of those could be in the city but I dont know..

Starting to plan more and more for a longer time at home and how stay mentally sane. I think its very important to go for a walk for the moment in the morning. I will clean the balcony that gets the sun tomorrow so we could spend a lot of time there. I always just call my mother but I think its a good time for video calling.

Astroman made a post about that earlier. I guess we will have a quarantine area for packages soon in our apartment. But after the the orders we made today we wont make any for a long while.

In regards to this covid19 virus. It isn't the virus that is causing the fluid in the lungs. It's the immune system freaking out and creating this fluid. One will need to calm the cytokine storm. Start by dosing vitamin D3 now so that the levels are high. 1000-5000 Vitamin D3 per day. Vitamin D levels play a role in the immune cytokine storm.

Also if sick, do not lay flat. Stay elevated or lay on your stomach. Albuterol inhalers help.

There is already uncontrolled spreading in California with no travel history to places with Corona.
New cases in Sweden and Gothenburg so Im very happy that we have bought so much.. By stocking up on things there is less need to visit the store when this has spread more.

I think there's a chance that the CDC is purposefully releasing it from various bio-weapon labs around the world. There's involvement from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

New case again in Gothenburg and ended up making a 400 $ order of groceries that will be delivered tomorrow.

I recommend to look how it is in Iran, China, South Korea and Italy to have an understanding how it likely will be soon in other places. The Spanish flue mutated in wave two and lasted for over two years, so its impossible to know how this will end up. Hopefully it mutates and becomes weaker instead. But the real problem is that so many need ICU for their breathing and there is so few avaliable in each country. There isnt going to be enough protection for the healt care workers either when this spreads more. This leads to a higher death rate.

Its going to warm up soon... Not to diminish the severity but I just read a article about a 70 year old who was in quarantine with the virus. He said he would have gone to work if he was home, that gives you an idea on how he felt with the virus.

Cignet--in the US the virus is spreading in states that already have warm weather like California and Texas. Not to mention locations outside the US that have warm weather like Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. Warm weather doesn't seem to have impact on it's ability (or inability) to spread.

They said on the Swiss state TV that the mortality rates of Covid 19 is now considered less than 2% .
Well, this is pretty much less than SARS that was on the 10% almost.

the Swiss are not crazily closing its borders, schools, businesses, like Italy is doing...

3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun.

5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap.
6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it.
7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice.

I’m very nervous because I live in NYC. I have nowhere to store food as I don’t own the apartment and the fridge is small and all the closet space is take. I’m considering just piling it in my office. I also cannot leave the city when it makes its way here because I have this autoimmune issue and MUST have my weekly infusions.
