Sorry to hear you are going through this I cringed also reading your descript
ion. Ive been there before also - bad migraine headaches, back, neck pain, visual, it got better with treatment with my lyme doc.
At that time I survived through chiropractor with my significant other pulling my neck in between appointments, lots of ice and alternating ice and gentle heat on my occipital area (back of head) where i could feel lymph nodes needed to drain from my skull
Also magic socks, lightly wet socks with heavier dry wool socks over top for bed at night to help move lymph, also burbur drops, alka seltzergold for gi symptoms.
Also epsom bath but not too hot water if you are herxing badly.
Most of all, continuing on antimicrobial treatment plan with continual detox can get you past this place! Just remember, with lyme when you feel horrid, you have to do something, like take burbur, take an epsom bath, do a lymph drainage massage (you can look it up on youtube) unlike a healthy person who gets tendonitis and has to "take it easy" to heal - our illness is different.
It gets better wuth treatment and detox, for me it did, but im not sure how long you've been at it.
At one time this helped my neck pain: Neocell Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder
And woodland essence balm
Hope you find relief

Edit to add:
S.O. Also had to massage and release lumps and trigger points almost daily....that tightening from hips to skull i always felt was neurological...got to get it loosened up, massage the fascia...also circumin sometimes helped with the inflammation
