So I have been off of disufiram for a month and it's been three months since I took krintafel for babesia and I'm having extreme air hunger idk what to do I don't want to auto medicate myself I only have a couple pills of ivermectin I'm waiting for my doctor to give me another proscription for krintafel of methylene blue but I'm desperate since I'm having alot of air hunger

Did the air hunger only start after treatment, or did you experience it before treatment? If it only started after treatment, then I'd say it's a herx and adding in more antimicrobials should wait until your herx symptoms resolve. (I only experienced air hunger AFTER treating Babesia.)

Given the pandemic backdrop here, I have to ask how certain you are that you don't have some other situation going on, like a virus, or potentially MCAS flaring from seasonal allergies or some other exposure (like mycotoxins)?

My favorite tip for air hunger is to have a pulse oximeter. The sensation of air hunger gets a lot less scary when you can prove to yourself that your oxygen level is actually okay!

I've been off of disufiram for almost a month that's all I was doing I'm waiting to start on methylene blue hopefully my llmd will give me instructions tommorow but yes I have been having a tight chest and feeling air hunger

And I have not tested for covid 19 maby I should I did go to the ER for a CT scan that showed a 2mm kidney stone and a trip to my primary care physician then to my llmds office so yeah I have been doing some dangerous traveling

You probably killed a massive amount of stuff with the disulfiram and it needs to be removed.

You more than likely herxing right now. I know when I started disulfiram I did.

What was your starting dosage?

Sounds like a herx from disulfiram. Do you think that is not what's going on? Doesn't make sense to add more antimicobial treatment if a herx is the problem.

I'm sort of glad to hear that you found the kidney stone, so the urinary tract pain is no longer so mysterious. (Obviously also a bummer because ouch!) You could add chanca piedra to your supplement regimen. Do you have hard water, well water, or other possible sources of stone-causing minerals?
