Red starch marks that scalp over

I know this is Bart but the last few weeks I have been having red stratches on me out of the blue and then the redness goes away and leaves little scalp mark where it was.I am petrified what this is doing to me.I am on antibiotics again but it seems like it’s not budging.I know being scared is not helping just wanted someone to talk to.Thanks

I bet you’re herxing! Can you detox (sauna, dry brush, lemon water...) that should help. Good luck

Sounds like classic herxing. I guess in a way that's good news as long as the herx stays manageable, right? I know how unsettling visible symptoms are, though. This too shall pass. Really.

I don't know all that you're taking/doing for detox. But, ideally, you should be doing multiple methods to detox...and not waiting for a herx.

Here are some ideas that I use/ have used regularly:

- warm epsom salt baths
- dry brushing the skin prior to bathing
- drinking plenty of water daily
- add fresh squeezed lemon juice to the water. (rinse mouth out with clear water after - so the lemon doesn't damage the teeth)
- Take a binder. (ie activated charcoal for example) - Take it a couple hours away from your medication and other supplements...as it can flush them out of your system.
- light exercise - short walk, stretching
- meditation (calm the brain)
- sauna
