Should I stop antibiotics if candida comes back?

So I’m on rifabutin and clarithromycin for bartonella and I noticed Candida has come back. I have worsening of oral thrush and digestive issues despite taking probiotics and eating as clean as I can and taking nystatin. I was wondering if I should stop the antibiotics or continue and deal with the Candida when I stop them later? I’m running a little bit of a high temp and I’m not sure if that’s from Candida or antibiotics working (it’s not Covid I got tested twice and both are negative). I don’t know if having the Candida worsen will prevent antibiotics from also working. Please give opinions of whether it’s okay to stay on antibiotics!!

Fever with antibiotics can be a medication allergy symptom. Any other issues that could be medication allergies - scratchy or tight throat, hives or rashes on skin, etc.? Have you told the doctor who prescribed them yet? I would stop taking them until you can talk to someone about this.

a compounded or pill form of nystatin will allow you to continue treatment. usually stays local to digestive. there are some schools of thought that think stopping or pulsing leads to bartonella resistance . pau de arco tea by the gallon helped me stay in the game....
