Candida in Stool - What’s It Look Like??

I feel like I just asked this not long ago. Forgive me if I did.

I am having weird poop again. Stringy
yellow/orange/brown stuff. Stringy masses that look like seaweed to me. I had a big ropeworm problem before and this looks similar on a smaller scale. Super stinky, too.

Aw, man, it just dawned on me that we just had a full moon, too.

Along with the bowel weirdness, I have had itchy ears and itchy scalp, too.

I thought the Candida would be whitish in colour - like it is on the tongue?

Girlie,

Yeah. That’s why I was asking. Curious what people who have confirmed Candida overgrowth see in their stool.

I get coated tongue, too, but it’s never white. It’s yellow. Just had that come back, too, after taking that Flagyl.

Uh-oh!!! That’s exactly what it looks like. Why do they call that white? Looks yellow/orange/brown to me.

Can anyone with Candida look at this photo and confirm?

The “stuff” that has arrows pointed to it - is white-ish
compared to the other “stuff”

Seriously, I did not notice any difference with candida (tested pos many times).

When my liver acts up though, theres a lot of lighter colored floaters vs sinkers lol. And its possible for SIBO to get in the bile ducts to....apparently.

Candida is upper, Sibo is lower, once you had both, the mystery is over as to what is what.

Candida is affected (grows) by sugars, Sibo is from fodmaps that you dont digest which is food for the sibo.

Sounds like parasites to me, but I didn’t look at the photo. I’ve been dealing with a parasite infection for 6 months. I’ve been taking Mimosa Pudica and finally got albenzadole - which helped a lot. I didn’t think you could see candida in your stool.

I should clarify that I only saw something similar to the picture I posted during one very specific period - that was after likely having yeast overgrowth since childhood and never treating it, and then hitting it hard with allicin (concentrated garlic extract) all at once. I purged material that looked like that for a few days, and then occasionally got a few isolated white stringy things for a week or two after. I hadn't seen anything like it before, and nothing like it since.

From my understanding, this would represent the fungal form of Candida/yeast which would normally stay firmly lodged in place and not be seen in regular stool. On a day-to-day basis, if not treating heavily for the first time, I think it would not be surprising if you didn't see anything at all.
